Our manufacturing facilities extend to some 14,000 sqm of production floor space. In-house warehousing allows for storage and distribution of products to our retail customers on time every time. Over many years of continuous investment in research and development, our high-tech manufacturing methods have aided our state-of-the-art CNC production lines, ensuring that we can expertly manufacture large quantities of aluminium cookware and steel bakeware to the highest quality and standard required. Through consolidation, raw material purchases are standardised where possible to achieve cost reduction. The LME is tracked and strategic trades are made. Buffer stocks are carried as a hedge against fluctuations in the markets.

Products and tooling are designed to enable the implementation of advanced manufacturing techniques. These include the quick changeover of tools and ‘just in time’ production scheduling. The incorporation of EDI (electronic data interchange) further improves factory response to changes in demand. The utilisation of high-density storage and advanced stock control software, improves efficiency and reduces inventory. We are able to use customer vehicles for backhaul, cutting the cost of distribution and reducing our carbon footprint. The business has an aim of being a Net Carbon Neutral Manufacturer by 2035.
